Since my work in 2008 to transition Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council to be the first Results-Only Work Environment in the country, I have been interested in the future of work and in building more human-centered workplaces.

In September 2013, I co-founded The Work Revolution Summit, a conference that brought together a group of leading entrepreneurs, startup investors, futurists, organizational designers, and technology experts, and to work on fundamentally redesigning the “operating software” of business, with the express purpose of providing startups and entrepreneurs the tools they need to maintain an astonishingly “human” company culture as they grow and scale their organizations.
